Professionals expect young performers to have high school experience and will not look down on it if it is the truth. List them and be honest with them about your experience in those works. As you get more and more work you will slowly drop the less professional experiences that occurred in high school. It's not about help or hurt, it's about honesty in where you are at any given point in your career. Taking classes, gaining skills, learning from each job is what your resume represents. Don't worry about what they think worry about gaining more each time you perform.
