Your system is configured to have a set virtual memory space, rather than letting windows manage it. To fix this, you will have to right-click on My Computer. Select properties. Click on the advanced tab. Click the Performance (Settings) button. Click the advanced tab on that window. Click the change button. There should be a dot by "System Managed Size", unless this is a work computer that was set up by a computer technician.thanks
