There were initial glitches as with any massive event, but the organizers had plans in place, and dealt with everything very smoothly. By the third of fourth day, all the problems were ironed out and everything went very smoothly.Event management isn't about avoiding any possible problem, it's about having contingency plans in place to deal with them, and Vanoc did.Even with insanely large crowds, far larger than anticipated, the organizers were able to move the people, control access, secure the venues, and make sure everyone had a great time.
