When I went on a tour of the conference center a few years ago the sister giving the tour said it was some object that they just painted gold. I can't remember what it was exactly but I remembered being surprised that it was such a common object that they just a painted and hung up there. If I remember I'll post again but now it's going to eat at me that I can't remember.thanks
