| Does anyone have information related to a small business's obligations as it relates to offering Cobra Insurance? I currently have an ex-employee who is "crowing" that I need to make this type of insurance available. However, I believe there are limits as to the number of employees a business must employee, etc. before they are obligated to offer Cobra insurance. Consequently, I'm exhausting all avenues trying to determine what my obligations may be. Thanks in advance for any information!!! |
