Many web hosting companies are fond of claiming to give maximum support to their clients but this is not always the case. Most of them will not even give you prompt email support not to talk of having a real time personal Live Chat facility. All these are quickly becoming things of the past though because competition is sky rocking in the industry and the service providers that do not sit up will be left behind.
