I have always, and anticipate to continue, advocated debian as my favorite "best" Linux distro out there.

In terms of total usage, it is my favorite server OS.

now, mint has done what I wasn't sure could be done. That is to make me like debian even more.

mint debian, in either the gnome or xfce flavors, is perhaps the best desktop/workstation install I can think of.

those of you who know me know I am also a huge fan of opensuse and that I hold CentOS in high regard as well.

mint debian has taken top home/home office desktop/workstation honors for me.

in the business office, I still prefer opensuse and when debian finds some oddball hardware it doesn't want to work well with, CentOS almost never fails me, especially in terms of business servers.

but now, there is a debian solution for most of my usage areas and I personally am loving it.

Why does Debian GNU/Linux have 8 DVD ISO and 52 CD ISO images?

The OP stated they have registered the phone in their name (I didnt know you could do that when its a contract phone taken out in someone elses name?) so I doubt the original owner could get the phone barred once the details have been transferred over
