My daughters pc crashed and had to have a fresh install done meaning that she has lost all of her itunes account, of course being a teenager that always knows best, there is no back up of her account.
She still has all of her music and photos on her phone but cant reinstall itunes as it will wipe her phone when it syncs so what can I do to fix it for her.
