Sun protection is essential for nice skin. If you smoke, quit. Eat blueberries and other fruits with rich color, which are full of antioxidants. Deep red, yellow and green vegetables are also good. Despite the warnings about mercury and other contaminants, I think fish, with its oils, is very healthy. Stay hydrated. Don’t overdo alcohol and caffeine.
Skip the salsa and chips; avoiding salty foods and other water-retention traps can help decrease the appearance of cellulite

phew!these skin problems!i'm 16 i too have this problem.just take a lemon cut it into two parts.squeeze out the juice.place one part on one of your elbow and apply pressure.repeat the same thing with the other elbow.apply the pressure for 7-10 mins and then scrub gently.all the dead skin comes out leaving your elbows smooth and light! and for neck...umm i use some natural mixture...i'm not sure of the ingredients..but you can try multani mitti...and yeah drink lot of water ..it helps in addition of an extra glow to your skin.
