The coach service is called Airport Express but it does not stop at your particular hotel. The closest it gets to your hotel is at the Delta Chelsea Inn which is located near Gerrard and Yonge intersection. You'll need to walk north for approximately 5 minutes to get to your hotel which is close to Carlton and Yonge intersection.
